The District Commercial Officer of Nebbi welcomed all participants to the workshop. She expressed her gratitude to the Ministry of Trade team and urged the Participants that there would be a lot to learn from STR and CTB. She remarked that MTIC was pleased that the STR programme is being implemented and had already launched at Mpondwe and Kasinde in DRC Congo, and Bunagana.
