January 8, 2020The Uganda GLTFP has started the Installation of Feed Back machines also known as Happy or not machines at the borders.
The Purpose of the machines is to measure satisfaction of traders as they cross the borders.The Machines measure the time taken to cross,the quality of services given by the government agencies and captures any other comments.
This will go a long way in improving services at the border and in providing real time feedback.
