He welcomed all officials to the Launch and thanked Ministry of Trade Industry and Cooperatives for organizing the workshop. He noted with concern the harassment of Female Traders which are the majority Traders whose goods are usually confiscated. He appealed to Customs to assist Traders know what documents to present.
