She welcomed all officials to the launch and thanked government of Uganda for the Cordial relationship with DRC. She thanked World Bank for funding the Project that would benefit the two countries and the local business community. She mentioned the challenges that traders were facing such as the poor road network and lack of adequate power that was crucial for Traders res and needed to be addressed. She noted that the region had not yet been connected to the national grid and appealed to government to immediately work on this urgently.
