Traders are delayed at URA-Customs for hours during clearance of goods. This usually affects them especially perishable goods (fish, vegetables and fruits) .URA responded that they are equally affected by the unstable network, electricity which at times stakes long to be restored. They pledged to do their best in handling the network system and power interruptions.
